✅ You have completed less than 60% of the course.
✅ You have not generated or downloaded your certificate.

2. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted if:

❌ You have generated or downloaded your certificate.
❌ You request a refund after 14 days from the purchase date.
❌ Certificates or transcripts purchased separately are non-refundable.
